  • Du gestaltest maßgeblich unsere innovativen Produkte in der Kommunikationstechnik.
  • Als Teamplayer*in übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung für dein agiles Entwicklungsteam, erstellst User Stories und verwaltest das Team Backlog.
  • Du stehst in Kontakt mit unseren Stakeholdern und verfeinerst Kundenanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement.
  • Dabei machst du es dir zur Aufgabe, die Ansprüche unserer Kund*innen im Detail zu verstehen und für die Umsetzung zu sorgen.
  • Für die Rolle qualifiziert dich deine Leidenschaft für die Gestaltung von Software in einem agilen Umfeld.

  • Dich zeichnen eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch aus.
  • Du schätzt direkte und offene Kommunikation, begegnest deinem Team und unseren Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe.
  • Deine hohe Auffassungsgabe unterstützt dich, Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Synergien zu erkennen und effiziente Entscheidungen treffen.
Erfahrung
  • Erfahrungen mit Confluence und Jira sind von Vorteil.
Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung – vorzugsweise in der IT- bzw. Kommunikationstechnik.
  • Idealerweise hast du eine Product Owner Ausbildung (z. B.: Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe® Product Owner, und/oder als Requirements Engineer nach IREB)
