Software Implementation Specialist (w/m/x)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Anpassung von Softwaresystemen auf Grundlage der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse und -spezifikationen
  • Analyse der Kundenprozesse und -anforderungen, Erstellung einer detaillierten User-Story-Dokumentation und entsprechende Konfiguration von Modulen und Funktionalitäten
  • Schulung von Key Usern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Projekt Manager
  • Ansprechperson für Detailfragen zu Modulen oder speziellen Kundenkonfigurationen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder vergleichbaren Studien
  • Erste einschlägige Erfahrung in der Software-Implementierung bzw. im Bereich Auditing/Zertifizierung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit JIRA wünschenswert sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Selbstständiges, detaillorientiertes Arbeiten mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem Team über Zeitzonen und Kulturen hinweg
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20%)
