Damit uns das gelingt, stellen wir einen motivierten Business Analysten ein, der mit seinem Fachwissen aus der KFZ Branche, zusammen mit unserem Produkt-Entwicklungsteam und unseren Kunden die Werkstattlösung von Morgen entwickelt. Aufgaben Du bist der fachliche Experte und Ansprechpartner innerhalb unseres Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Produkt Manager sowie Softwareentwicklern zusammen. Eingeglidert in unser Produkt-Entwicklungsteam wirst du eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden (=Werkstätten) sowie den Herstellern bestehende Funktionen unseres Produkts inhaltlich optimieren, sowie neue Produkte und Funktionen entwickeln. Dafür siehst du dich aktiv in der Branche um, fragst regelmäßig unsere User, was sie brauchen und beschäftigst dich laufend und sehr intensiv mit den Plattformen der Hersteller, um als erster herauszufinden, was es für spannende Neuigkeiten gibt, die wir für unser eigenes Produkt nutzen können. Das alles mit dem Ziel, dass unsere Software für Werkstätten eine echte Arbeitserleichterung und Mehrwert bringt. Qualifikation Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Automotive Bereich wie z.B. KFZ-Werkstätten, Werkstatt Ketten, Software und/oder Service Anbieter für Werkstätten, Automobilhersteller,... Du weißt welche Prozesse es in einer KFZ Werkstatt gibt und wie diese konkret aussehen Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch Kentnisse von Vorteil Du kennst nicht nur den Unterschied zwischen einem Keilriemen und einem Zahnriemen sondern hast Benzin im Blut und eine Leidenschaft für alles mit Rädern und Motoren. Das Wiener Büro befindet im 4. Bezirk zwischen Karlsplatz und Schwarzenbergplatz und das Klagenfurter Büro am Villacher Ring.
