As a valuable member of our internal Center of Excellence you support our department for Business Process Management in the operation, enhancement, and development of the internal Pega platform. You will work with international experts on the topic, highly rated Pega partners as well as internal colleagues in our diverse team of experts dedicated to deliver the most value to multiple business lines who benefit from our workflows, digital processes, and visions for the future. Together, and guided by, our senior staff you gradually take over:
Responsibility for the development/build up of a series of components that are then made available for project teams (integrations – front- and backend, UI/UX components, blueprint processes etc.) Development and stabilization of the Pega platform along Pega best practices as well as Erste Digital standards in respect of performance, stability, and security Analyzing and solving of operation incidents and system issues Keep up to date with emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art operations Assistance to project teams in terms of architectural questions, requirement analysis, extension of solutions Ensuring clear/transparent documentation by using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) Working in an Agile environment and actively contribute to our Agile development, striving to constantly improve our way of working while at the same time keeping an eye on the operation of your platform You have gathered first hands on experience with Pega (1-2 years) and are interested in state-of-the-art low code applications that integrate with existing systems Knowledge of integrating technology into backend systems (REST, SOAP,…) When people talk about databases you can make a connection and have first experiences with common database systems (SQL, MongoDB,…) Adept at analyzing and resolving intricate technical challenges, utilizing a systematic and innovative approach to craft effective and elegant solutions Possibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at Erste Interest groups and clubs:
