Tasks As a Security and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and second-level support of Modern Work solutions such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and M365-Copilot. In your role as a system analyst or (partial) project manager, you introduce applications and application enhancements and also manage external and internal service providers. Requirements You have a degree in computer science, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification, supplemented by Microsoft certification in the area of M365. You have in-depth knowledge of M365, especially in the areas of security and compliance You have successfully designed, described and implemented requirements in the area of Modern Work and always keep your knowledge of the current M365 solutions and related topics up to date. You have experience in managing internal and external project partners, have proven conflict resolution skills and communicate confidently with different target groups. Knowledge of the processes of a utility company in KRITIS-relevant areas and in business IT is an advantage, but not essential. In addition, you have already gained valuable experience in change, escalation and de-escalation management. You show a high level of initiative, take responsibility and make well-founded decisions independently. You work reliably in a team and impress with very good, active communication skills, which you use in a demanding working environment - also in English if required.
