Become the trusted TA Partner for our Delivery & Operations and Technology & AI Divisions (split among multiple locations) Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadership Hands on delivery-focused hiring across Engineering & Product Take ownership of the full life-cycle hiring process Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Implement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainings Build a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globally Support Employer Branding initiatives YOUR PROFILE:
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within tech-focused Engineering and Product roles A proactive problem-solver who confidently tackles challenges with a creative and flexible mindset A self-motivated, high-energy professional who consistently meets and exceeds performance expectations Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment Fluency in English is essential;
additional language skills are highly valued Strong organizational skills with a focus on balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines Awareness and appreciation for diversity, contributing positively to the team's strength Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment settings, with the flexibility to handle multiple time zones and cross-functional needs OUR OFFER:
