Österreich | Graz/Wien Strategische Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Logistikprozesses von der Warenübernahme bis zur Distribution an Verkaufsstellen und Hubs. Hier spielen Kreativität und Innovationsbereitschaft die entscheidende Rolle, um die kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung zu erreichen Führung und Entwicklung eines Logistikteams, um eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit und Motivation sicherzustellen. Glättung des Wareneingangs durch präzise Koordination großer Warenströme, um eine kontinuierliche und effiziente Versorgung der Wiederaufbereitungszentren sicherzustellen Verhandlungsstärke nach Einkauf, mit dem Ziel, die Zahlungsabwicklung für die Warenübernahme möglichst spät und kostengünstig, Cashflow optimiert zu gestalten Optimierung der Transportprozesse zur Minimierung der Kosten sowohl für die Warenbeschaffung als auch für die Distribution Überwachung und Steuerung der Lagerbestände unter Berücksichtigung von Effizienz, Kostenkontrolle und Lieferzeitvorgaben Management der externen Logistikdienstleister, inklusive Verhandlung von Verträgen und Sicherstellung der Servicequalität Persönlichkeit:
Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen zu entwickeln. Fachliche Expertise:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Betriebswirtschaft;
alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung. Soft Skills:
Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, Teamorientierung sowie ein souveränes Auftreten in Verhandlungen auf Augenhöhe. Kompetenzen:

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Logistikprozesse Sprachkenntnisse:
