Head of Asset Development - Photovoltaik - RENEWABLES in Bucharest in one of the most successful and wise industry sectors of the future off € 5.000,-- 14 x per anno ongoning + benefits APPLY Our client is a highly successful company in photovoltaic (headquarter in Austria) and develops, realises, finances and manages globally alternative investments in the strong photovoltaic growth sector, creating a sustainable value creation. In one of the divers international locations - in this case in Bucharest / Romania the following high potential position is available:
Identify new project opportunities of companies Holding and represent companies interests and strategy in discussions with third parties. Ensure development partner deliverables are submitted in line with expected time plan. Accompany the project planning, including the preparation of key figures, the development of calculations and the strategic support of planning in all phases. Commission external contractual partners such as project planners, civil engineers, lawyers, construction companies and consultants, and coordinate the resulting work steps. Assist asset realization department in aligning technical documentation needed for construction phase of projects. Experience in asset development/property project development. Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Fluent in Romanian and English.
