As a Customer Data Expert and member of a team of Consultants and Solution Architects, you will be responsible for managing the conceptual processes involved in Customer Profiling and Marketing. Advising our customers on project-specific topics with a focus on customer profiles, personalization, and digital marketing (process support and active customer contact)
✓Supporting the presales process and conducting customer workshops for discovery and demonstration purposes
✓Configuring and customizing the SAP solutions CDC, CDP, and Emarsys as part of the SAP CX portfolio
✓ 3+ years of professional experience in customer profiling or marketing automation (SAP CDP, Emarsys, SF Marketing, other CDPs)
✓Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level) and German (C2 level)
✓Knowledge about integration methods (e.g.
