Collaborate with our development teams and other internal and external stakeholders Mentor PhD and master students and ensure direction is in line with research strategy Contribute to the global research community - publish and disseminate research findings in journals and speak at conferences Actively take part in scientific and industrial cooperation projects Research Field Large language models, and other generative AI-based applications in the software intelligence domain:
Data processing, training, evaluation, prompting Systems based on generative AI, like RAG or agent-based approaches Components used with generative AI, like vector databases and embeddings PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field Track record of independent research in topics related to the research field Strong publication record of driving market relevant research (in relation to the academic age) Excellent English skills (oral and written) Proven track record of driving innovation towards product maturity Deep understanding of latest developments in generative AI Dynatrace believes that potential is defined by more than qualifications or background.
