As Junior Marketing and Event Manager at our PIUR IMAGING office in Vienna, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing our presence at events within the medical and healthcare sector, ensuring our brand stays consistent and resonates with the audience. You’ll focus on engaging potential clients by identifying leads, reaching out, and following up, helping to expand our client base. By representing our brand at conferences and exhibitions and ensuring these events align with our business goals, you will play a direct role in driving brand growth, client acquisition, and overall success. Tasks Exhibition Coordination Plan and coordinate logistics for our exhibition booth at conferences, including accommodation, transportation, and on-site management. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for booth services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Oversee booth setup, attendee registration, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a smooth experience for visitors. Lead Generation Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage high-potential attendees to our booth. Qualify leads and prioritize those most likely to convert into clients. Design follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and generate opportunities post-event. Maintain accurate attendee and lead data in CRM for sales follow-up. Marketing and Engagement Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive visibility and registrations. Analyze event metrics to provide insights for future improvements. Manage communications with attendees before, during, and after the event to ensure strong engagement. Requirements University degree in Marketing, Product or Event Management Excellent English skills, and preferably also German Relevant professional experience in Event Management Digital Marketing experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset Benefits At PIUR IMAGING, we believe that the personal fit is just as important as qualifications.
