Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Transform raw data into meaningful KPIs and performance metrics for business users based on the input from the Performance and Data Analytics Team. Ensure that data is structured and organized to support efficient querying and reporting. Translate business needs into technical requirements for data analysis and visualization. Ensure proper data connections, gateways, and data refresh schedules for up-to-date reporting. Implement best practices for report design, visualization standards, and data storytelling techniques. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI data models, reports, or dashboards. Assure that the given standards are being kept throughout all Power BI Reports and Dashboards Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field would be an advantage. Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, SQL, or Excel are a plus. Experience with Power BI tools, including Power Query Proficiency in DAX for developing measures and calculations Experience working with data from multiple sources (e.G. Databases, DWH, Excel). Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Good command of English, knowledge of German is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
