General Manager, Paramit US Morgan Hill, CA Paramit is a rapidly growing international medical device contract design and manufacturing company that designs and manufactures high-quality medical and life sciences instruments. Be the key representative of Paramit, communicating important decisions to executive leadership and the Management Board. Partner with the Head of Accounting and Controlling to achieve financial objectives, including sales targets, profitability, and cash flow management. A change leader who creates effective plans to promote change and knows how to manage in changing circumstances. Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field;
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion. Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost optimization, financial analysis, and performance metrics tracking. Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and processes.
