About the job
In this position, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Department, in a global role. The main objective of this position will be to focus on strategic improvements for our current customer-facing contract management of RHIM. In close collaboration with the regions, global business areas, and legal departments, you will support our sales force in terms of sales contract setting and governance, increasing visibility on our existing contracts and identifying opportunities for improvement on their operating conditions and on the way they are disclosed. Additionally, you will support the implementation of the E2E process set-up and manage change management-related topics, focusing on value creation for our customers.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Fostering connections within areas involved in contract setting and customer processes
- Consolidating our sales contracts, creating, and managing our sales contract database
- Proactively identifying and suggesting improvement measures for our sales contracts' governance
- Coordinating activities related to the E2E value chain and managing interdependencies related to them.
- Working closely with the regional teams to identify use cases for a successful implementation of the contract management and E2E global strategies

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- A university degree in business administration, engineering, or similar fields
- Problem solving and project management skills
- Affinity with data
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset.
Work Experience

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
