IT Product Owner

- Leitung, Steuerung, Planung und Koordination von IT-Projekten
- Ablösung und Migration von IT-Systemen inkl. Prozessanalyse und Entwicklungsplanung
- Planung / Koordination des Rollouts unter Berücksichtigung der Releaseplanung betroffener Systeme, infrastruktureller und supportseitigen Rahmenbedingungen.
- Beratung der Fachbereiche in Fragen zur Optimierung eingesetzter IT-Systeme
- Applikations-Management bestehender Aftersales-Applikationen unterschiedlicher Technologien
- Beauftragung und Steuerung externer und interner Dienstleister zur Erbringung von ITLeistungen (Wartung/Entwicklung, Betrieb, Support), Koordination von Lieferantenleistungen, Qualitätssicherung, Budgetplanung und -tracking
- Bewertung und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Demands zur Einführung oder Verbesserung von IT-Systemen
- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatikstudium, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Informatikschwerpunkt oder vergleichbares Studium mit IT-Schwerpunkt
- Berufserfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- IT-Kenntnisse bzw. IT-Erfahrungen und nicht nur bezogen auf die Koordination eines Entwicklerteams sondern auch „Closer 2 Code“, also auch technisches Know-How, um IT-Lösungen bewerten und gestalten zu können
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung in neue Themenfelder
- Hohe Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Selbstständiges Erkennen von Handlungsfeldern
- Ausgeprägte Methodensicherheit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auch im Umgang mit Businesspartnern und Lieferanten
- Agiles Methoden (SCRUM) und sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
- Methoden des Projektmanagements und der Systemgestaltung sowie der Tools und
- Methoden der ITM (Houston, J2E, Planning IT, ITIL)
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Überdurchschnittliche Vergütung
