Main TasksDigital Asset Management (50%):
- Design captivating visuals and graphics for the launch of all products, social media platforms, website assets, email campaigns, press releases, potential in-person events media and any other requested assets across various digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop cohesive visual identities for each IP and Partners, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
- Optimize product imagery and layout for an enhanced user experience
- Own the digital asset library organization system (Dropbox)
- Create video assets for product promotions and marketing campaigns, including editing and motion graphics
- Collaborate with photographers and stylists to plan and execute product photoshoots, ensuring high-quality imagery for digital use
- In addition to photographs from these in person photoshoots, introduce video content for items and collection sizzle reels
- Capture additional product shots and visuals, as needed
- Provide design support to other departments, including creating website mockups for the development team and product renders for the B2B team
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative digital design work
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with photography, video editing and motion graphics is a plus
