Your new adventure

As HR Advisor Total Rewards & Mobility, you are the first contact person for executives, employees and colleagues for all compensation topics at BRP-Rotax. Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Planning, coordination, and support for the operational implementation of collective and individual wage increases as well as the classification and standardisation of job profiles
  • Design, implement and coordinate employee benefits such as bonus payments, health programs, pension plans, insurance, etc.
  • Identification of best practices and benchmarks in terms of compensation models and employee benefits to ensure sustainable employee retention
  • Self-responsible management of global mobility programes such as postings abroad according to global guidelines
  • Contact person for external service providers and authorities and interface to the international Total Rewards & Mobilty team
     

Your experiences and skills

  • Completed commercial studies (university, FH) with a focus on Human Resources/Labour Law, Business Administration or commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in the field of Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR consulting or similar would be advantageous
  • Good handling of figures as well as Austrian labour law and collective agreements
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Organizational and communication strength, empathy and service orientation

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57,578.92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. 
Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment. We will be happy to discuss the details personally as part of our application process.
