  • Analyzing and interpreting data, providing actionable recommendations to improve our internal communication strategies. 
  • Conduct end-to-end analytics, from data collection and analysis to making recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team to refine and optimize communication strategies.
  • Provide insights on target audience preferences, content effectiveness, and communication channel performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive, visually appealing and easy to understand reports and presentations that present datadriven insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends related to internal communications and media analysis. 
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to prepare recommendations and presentations for senior management.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role for at least three years. Previous experience within internal communications analytics is a plus.
    • Strong analytical mindset capable of collecting, organizing, and analyzing extensive datasets. Possesses proficiency in statistical analysis and working with data tools such as Excel and Adobe.
    • Exceptional expertise in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Adept at identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and making data-driven decisions to optimize internal communications strategies.
    • Track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative work environment.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken); fluency in German is a plus.
