Strengthen our industrial engineering team at the Royal Canin production site in Bruck an der Leitha (30 min drives from Vienna):


Project Coordinator (d/f/m), full-time
 

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams. You will be a member of the site industrial engineering team, and you will coordinate and execute activities from our factory to all markets in line with the business strategy.

  • University Degree level (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • 1-3 years of project & process management experience
  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams
  • Strong analytical skills & structured ways of working
  • Attention to details in a fast-changing environment together with strong change management skills
  • Excellent German and English skills

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Build and lead effective project teams, and problem-solving while managing or supporting projects 
  • Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
  • Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
  • Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills
  • Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations
  • Maintain master data in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company
