Stellenbeschreibung

Sales Associates tragen zu den Umsatz- und KPI-Zielen des Geschäfts bei, indem sie die Markenwerte vorleben, um Sportler*innen ein einzigartiges Erlebnis bei ihrem Besuch bei Under Armour zu bieten. Diese Rolle ist Store Managers unterstellt und für die Ausführung von Routineaufgaben zur Unterstützung des Geschäftsbetriebs verantwortlich Sales Associates übernehmen in Abwesenheit der Stock Specialists deren Verantwortung. 

HAUPTAUFGABEN

Vertrieb und Omnichannel
•    Direkte Vertriebsunterstützung für Sportler*innen, um die von den Retail Store Managers festgelegten KPI-Ziele für den Umsatz zu erreichen
•    Bereitstellung von Omnichannel-Anfragen gemäß UA-Prozessen und -Richtlinien durch digitale Erfahrung


Markenimage und Kundenerfahrung
•    Vorleben der UA-Servicekultur und Kundenerwartungen
•    Bei der Unterstützung von Sportler*innen bei der Kommunikation von Markenbotschaften nach dem UA-Servicemodell
•    Einbindung von Produktkenntnissen in den Verkaufsprozess durch Teilnahme an Schulungen


Einzelhandelsbetrieb
•    Einhaltung von Standards für Waren und Verkaufsflächen
•    Einhaltung von UA-Richtlinien und -Verfahren 
•    Erledigung der operativen und kassenspezifischen Vorgänge (manuell oder systemgestützt) entsprechend dem Training
•    Einhaltung der Kleiderordnung und der Anwesenheitsregeln von Under Armour
•    Erfüllung der Arbeitszeiten gemäß den Anwesenheitsrichtlinien von Under ArmourTeamzusammenarbeit/Selbstentwicklung
•    Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkolleg*innen, um die Ziele des Geschäfts zu erreichen
•    Verantwortung für die eigene Entwicklung und die Nutzung von Wachstumschancen zur Leistungssteigerung

QUALIFIKATIONEN

•    Grundlegende Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Rechnen, Lesen und Schreiben, Hörverständnis und Kommunikation
•    Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in der Landessprache
•    Kompetente Nutzung von Computern und anderen Technologien 
•    Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und zur guten Kooperation im Team
•    Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen und terminorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten

TYPISCHE ANFORDERUNGEN

•    0–3 Monate Arbeitserfahrung im Einzelhandel im Bereich Sportartikel/Bekleidung und Schuhe
•    Fähigkeit zur flexiblen Anpassung der Arbeitszeiten an die Erfordernisse des Unternehmens, auch an Feiertagen, nachts und an Wochenenden

PHYSISCHE ANFORDERUNGEN

•    Fähigkeit, mit Produkten mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 12 kg zu hantieren oder sie zu bewegen
•    Fähigkeit, sich mit kurzen Pausen über längere Zeiträume hinweg zu bewegen, um mit Produkten zu hantieren
•    Fähigkeit, alle Bereiche des Ladens frei zu betreten, einschließlich Verkaufsfläche, Lager und Kassenbereich
•    Angemessene Vorkehrungen können zur Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung der wesentlichen Aufgaben getroffen werden
