• Preparation for IATF audit in summer 2025. The company have a QMS and up running already so they are part of the way.
• Brush up the QMS system for both general and customers’ requirements
• Improve the implementation of the system and understanding in organization.
• Support customer audits: Technical supervisor will take the lead, but QA manager will fully support the practical part. • Measuring and analyzing all quality matters – the keyword here is evidence.
• Motivation - in the change management needed in implementing the quality policies.
• Communication – working together with and teaching culturally diverse stakeholders.
• In it for the long haul – you like to work on continues improvements and would like to take on a broader responsibility as the role evolves.
