Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Projektplanung, Projekt Steuerung, Projektberichterstattung:
    • Monatliche Aktualisierung des Gesamtprojektplans‚ Herstellen Software-Lösung (Werkvertragsteil) und Planung von Dienstleistungs-verpflichtungen inkl. Ressourcenmanagement
    • Einplanung von Beistellungen des AG
    • Periodische Projektberichterstattung gegenüber Management (Kunde/Eviden)
    • Koordination und Steuerung des Projekt-Teams und Überwachung des Fortschritts in den Teilprojekten-Workstreams
    • Risiko management
  • Kunden-Management
    • Aufnahme und Bewertung und Management von Ansinnen, Beschwerden, Änderungswünschen seitens der AG Stakeholder
    • Klärung & Lösung von eskalierten Issues (Eskalationsmanagement)
  • Contract-Management
    • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher, vertraglicher Pflichten von Eviden
    • Formelle Durchführung von Übergaben von Lieferobjekten an die AG
    • Sicherstellung der sorgfältigen Protokollierung von Meetings mit Kundenteilnahme im das gesamte Projekt
    • Einhaltung und Durchführung CR-Prozess
    • Claim management
    • Financial Management

 

 

Ihr Profil

 

  • Erfahrung in größeren und komplexen Software-Entwicklungsprojekten als Senior Projektmanager oder Programmmanager
  • Erfahrung mit klassisches und agilen Projektvorgehensmethoden
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Kundenorganisationen auf C-Level
  • Idealerweise zertifizierter Senior Projektmanager (IPMA B oder ähnliches)
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementtools wie MS-Projects, Excel, and Jira

Das jährliche Einstiegsbruttogehalt liegt bei 80.000 Ihr tatsächliches Jahreszieleinkommen wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen marktgerecht festgelegt.
