We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to work directly on a client site with DXC Health.

- NOTE: Preferably with Telco experience

This role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our client across a wide variety of telephony incidents and service requests.

About you:

  • To be successful in this role you will be a customer champion and have experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now.
  • You will work well under pressure and be able to deal with high priority issues.
  • You will have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. Above all you will have excellent communication skills and are enthusiastic about customer service.

This role will require a high level of service management across selected processes within the ITIL framework and other service management areas:

  • Incident management
  • Change management
  • 3rd Party Supplier management
  • Relationship management

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support to customers.
  • Log and manage Service Requests.
  • Log incidents, monitor response and resolution times, and provide users with updates and resolution time-frames.
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support related activities with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • ·Prioritizing and balancing workload across both incident and request management.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Telecommunications/IT Support environment.
  • Prior experience working in a telephony environment.
  • Communicate efficiently in writing and verbally.
  • Be service oriented and meet commitments.
