We are growing and looking for Customer Service Officers to join our Robina team and this is your chance to make a meaningful impact through amazing customer support.

Join a fun-filled, future-focused, and experienced team as you take inbound calls to provide guidance, support, and encouragement in navigating digital solutions. With system and content training, alongside ongoing support, this role is ideal for anyone looking to start a career they will love.

Key Role Details:

  • 7 weeks of comprehensive classroom and hands on training
  • June 2024 start dates, apply today
  • Permanent full time roles available
  • Permanent part time roles available (30 hours min. per week after full time training)
  • Up to $480 a month based on performance incentives
  • Monday to Friday rotating roster of 8am - 6pm. No weekends
  • Central Robina, right next door to Robina Town Centre
  • Free parking available

Role Duties:

You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. 

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
  • Eager to work towards goals and targets 
  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems 
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
