The Opportunity

Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking team at Boeing? We are seeking a talented Land C4 Operations Lead to enable the development of the next generation of Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4) systems for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

As the Operations Lead you will you'll contribute across new business campaigns and executing programs, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of C4. Your contribution will be critical in helping our engineering teams understand 'the why' of end user needs and priorities and in influencing our solutions towards excellent products and outcomes for operators and warfighters.

Responsibilities

Join our Battlespace Communications System (BCS) team in Brisbane and take responsibility for:
  • Advising on land C4 operational thinking and needs
  • Analyzing and interpreting end user operational concepts and requirements
  • Developing detailed concepts for use in analyzing and validating technical solutions
  • Collaborating with technical design team to help refine and validate technology solutions
  • Assisting our teams communicate with end users

Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience in planning and deploying signals into operational environments across all levels of the ADF, including experience in amphibious operations
  • Technical understanding of the key systems and products utilized across LC4 - e.g. tactical radios, SATCOM, battle management systems
  • Experience in communicating user needs to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in either Networking, Engineering, Cyber or Computer Science or equivalent experience
