The Role
Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a professional for an excellent career opportunity within our successful Sales & Marketing team. This administrative role will assist the Event Planning & Event Sales team with ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office areas. Further provide general support to the Event Planning Managers and Event Sales Managers, while also being responsible for small functions.
Day to Day
Provide administration and marketing support to the Event Planning & Event Sales department
To be able to work in a dynamic team.
Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Answering phone calls, taking and relaying messages
Managing and maintaining an effective filing system
Responding to all internal and external enquiries
Preparing information to be given to clients
Organising small functions
What we are looking for?
Previous Event Planning experience preferred, but not essential
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
MUST have an unrestricted working visa for Australia
Have a degree or completinga degree in Sales & Marketing or Business is preferred
