NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading provider of construction and project management services, who are committed to excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ). Role Overview:
Seeking a proactive and experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining best practices in health, safety, environment, and quality across a range of projects.
Responsibilities:
Implement best practice HSEQ systems and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Provide guidance and support to site supervision and employees on HSEQ matters.Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Manage injury management and rehabilitation processes.Provide advice on compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Quality Management System.Conduct quality audits and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
Requirements:
Relevant HSE tertiary qualification and ICAM Investigation certification.Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environment, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry.Experience with ISO (or equivalent) Management System standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Workplace drug testing Unit Standards of delivery certification is desirable.
