About the role:

In this Product Management role, youâll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, youâll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.

You will be a member of the Global Product Management team for the Modern Core Banking platform, working on Deposits and Lending features and functionalities.

What you will be doing:

  • Defining a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the product vision

  • Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements

  • Act as a customer advocate by articulating their needs and business requirements

  • Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business requirements and customer commitments.

  • Demonstrate functional and technical product knowledge in various forums

  • Assist Product Owners, Engineering leadership, and Implementation teams with prioritizing and executing the feature backlog.

  • Managing key vendor relationships, collaborating with senior management, and completing business scope documents.

  • Providing support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized.

What you will need:

  • 7-10 yearsâ experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projects

  • Sound knowledge within core banking, in particular lending products

  • Solid experience in global banking and lending

  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.

  • Understanding of Agile methodology

  • A bachelorâs in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
