Working together, KBR and SA Water have a collective goal of delivering a $1.8 billion capital investment program of interesting and diverse water and wastewater infrastructure across South Australia.⯠To do this we are innovating by adapting a better, more sophisticated approach to how we plan, manage, and deliver new programs.⯠â¯â¯In this role you will be embedded in SA Water working on behalf of the community to improve safety, reliability, cost and communicationâ¯.

The Role  

As a Personal Assistant to our Program Director at SA Water you will be integrated into SA Water supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs and projects.â¯Your role will be to assist and collaborate across an extensive stakeholder group internally and externally including construction partners, vendors, regulators and clients. Our collective goal is to deliver an efficient capital works program and infrastructure projects from inception to close out - safely, on time, within budget and to customer and community expectations.â¯Â 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Expense reporting 

  • Formatting of documents, presentations etc 

  • Research / fact finding / data management 

  • Coordinating and booking meetings 

  • Drafting of communications 

  • Administration relating to the onboarding of new team members 

  • Diary and meeting management 

  • Travel arrangement 

  • Research / fact finding / data management 

  • Streamline, improve and coordinate administrative operations, processes, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies 

 

About You  

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, providing support the leaderships team in a growth phase of this area of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support and be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen eye for detail, be well organised and advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs and SharePoint experience and knowledge.
