We are looking for a Sales Administrator in **Melbourne** to join our team

What will you be doing?

  • Processing sales orders in the company’s ERP system, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product items
  • Liaise with Sales Operations and logistics to track order and payment status (PO, Order Confirmation, Pickup Date. Shipping status) internally and update to customers.
  • Build relationships with customers in order to achieve business outcomes
  • Monitoring customer credit facilities to ensure compliance with terms
  • Responding to customer order queries
  • Responsible for the processing and archiving of general documents.
  • Coordinate with HQ for order entry and processing
  • Organize and provide data, reports, and general back office support to the sales team
  • Provide shipping documents to assist business personnel to control shipments and handle import and export matters for distributors.
  • Send introductory email to customers when getting new leads and maintain customer database
  • Administrative support for marketing activities
  • Response and support tasks for communication to marketing team in HQ.
  • International travel on an as-needed basis for training purposes
  • Experience working in Administrative support within an organization
  • Experience working within a project organization or supporting projects within an organization
  • High level of Communication skills – on different levels within the company as with customers and partners
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel), CRM and ERP applications
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • PV Solar experience – an advantage
  • Able to work independently within deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Negotiation skills
