The Role: The Refrigeration Technician plays a crucial role in the company's success by expertly installing, maintaining, and servicing refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and service industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and cooling systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Refrigeration Expertise: Possession of a Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, along with comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration and cooling systems. Licenses and Certifications: A valid RAC01 - Refrigeration handling license and an Electrical license (REL-D license) are essential. Flexibility and Dedication: Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotating roster to ensure clients receive prompt support. Independence: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining efficiency and productivity. Computer Literacy: Comfort in navigating digital systems and utilizing technology to streamline work processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a valuable asset, though not essential.
