ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Relationship Manager, in this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the establishment and delivery of Cricket NSW identified Blast Centre
  • Recruit players and their families to blast centres whilst delivering an amazing cricket experience
  • Coordinate Cricket Program Coordinators to programs or centres
  • Coordinate the delivery of school programs in collaboration with the Schools Manager
  • Coordinate the delivery of Holiday Programs and other Cricket NSW identified programs
  • Use the Ask Nicely platform to analyse what components of the program is working well and what components require improvement

ABOUT YOU

  • A demonstrated self starter with a can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills (verbal and powerpoint)
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Understanding of Cricket and the sports industry not essential but desired
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
