Your Role

Joining our NRMA Pricing team, you'll work on the Direct Motor portfolio alongside the Specialist to utilise technical model outputs, market insights, and Portfolio inputs to recommend and implement pricing strategies that deliver best in class pricing.

In this role, you'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure all needs are balanced and aligned, provide mentorship and leadership to uplift junior team members, and be a driver of continual improvements and best practices in the end-to-end pricing process.

This is a full-time permanent role, and we welcome applicants from all major cities in Australia.

About You
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and proficiency with SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent (essential)
  • Familiarity with pricing techniques and models such as GLM, GBM
  • Solid years of general insurance pricing experience
  • Tertiary qualification in a numerical or analytical discipline i.e. Finance, Mathematics or Statistics or Actuarial related field with demonstrated equivalent experience (Preferable)
  • Excellent written communication skills, ability to develop quality documents and present technical information to a broad audience.
