- High level understanding of APRAs stress testing regulatory requirements in particular those required under APS 210, and APG 210 Liquidity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in building highly collaborative and strong working relationships.
- Detailed understanding of Group Treasury's operations and liquidity management activities and the impact these have on BEN's liquidity ratios.
- Understanding of BEN's balance sheet, products and operations and the impact these have on BEN's liquidity ratios.
- Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Risk Management, Information, Technology, or a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics or Actuarial Science preferred.
- Extensive relevant experience at an Australian bank
The Manager Liquidity Stress Testing is also responsible for developing forward looking stress scenarios, recommending liquidity risk appetite and maintaining and enhancing the Bank's liquidity stress testing modelling infrastructure.
- Be the Bank's subject matter expert in the liquidity risk appetite, liquidity stress testing and contingency funding planning aspects of APS 210, ARF 210, APG 210 Liquidity and CPG 190 Recovery and Exit planning. Up to 5 dot points here surrounding the key responsibilities of the role
