Electrical Supervisor

Reporting to the Project Manager, you are a strong and ethical leader with the capacity to develop others. Your strong knowledge and background in mining projects, specifically switch room and previous experience in a brownfields project environment will be key to the success of the team.
About the Role
Be part of the supervision team delivering switch room replacement projects at on siteBe involved in the projects from constructability review through to commissioning.Support Project Managers to achieve cost, schedule and quality targetsLead contractor teams for safety and quality outcomes Engage with project stakeholders to ensure alignment to business objectives
About You
Electrician Trade qualification or Electrical engineering degreeBrownfield project experience in an industrial environment.Experience as an electrical supervisor.Plant commissioning experience.Proficient Microsoft Office Suit and Navisworks user.A high commitment to safety, quality, attention to detail and procedures Ability to problem solve effectively, work under pressure, and think strategically.
