Other facilities include 24-hour fitness centre and the iconic outdoor 20-metre infinity pool ideal for unwinding after a day’s work, shopping or exploring Brisbane.

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lennons Restaurant & Bar.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to guide Lennons Restaurant & Bar to be a successful and independent profit centre whilst ensuring maximum guests’ satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Hands on role, working closely with the F&B Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to constantly drive improvement

· Assist with Management of Lennons Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining, Studio Boardrooms

· Training and development of all team members

· Assist with management of rosters and management of payroll costs whilst on shift

· Ordering and stock control

· In conjunction with Sales & Marketing, execute promotional activities for the Food & Beverage

· Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to identify ahead of time and respond to market trends, along with a focus on Hyatt’s Top 20 fundamentals in F&B

Requirements

· Proven experience in a similar role

· Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded

· Cocktail and general wine knowledge

· Current RSA

· Current RMLV is advantageous

· Flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
