The Women's Center, a non-profit counseling center, with 50 years of providing counseling, educational programs, and information and referral services in Northern Virginia and Washington DC, seeks a Bi-lingual Pre-Licensed clinician for our Vienna, VA office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Licensed clinician to work towards hours for licensure and gain valuable experience providing counseling/therapy to individuals in our community. Hours can be full-time or part-time. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person sessions.

The population to be treated includes all ages and clinical work revolves around conducting assessments and providing individual, couples, and family counseling.

Essential Duties:
  1. Provide psychotherapy services to Center clients in accordance with the law, regulations, and professional ethical standards applicable.
  2. Maintain Center progress notes on each psychotherapy session, including reported data, observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
  3. Routinely evaluate client progress toward attaining objectives and goals and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
  4. Ensure that all clinical files are protected and properly stored according to Center standards.
