The Role: Cyber Security Leader for a Large account with core experience in handling large managed services engagement, building innovative operating models, handling the transformation of technology, process and teams.
You have been driving the governance at the CXO and GM levels, partnering with the customer to drive transformation and efficiency. Preference for a strong background in Cyber security. Leaders with other domain expertise and a fast learner could apply for this leadership role.
Location: Preference is Sydney or Melbourne
Key Responsibilities:
- Govern manage security operations and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies to uplift Cyber security posture and operation efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business teams to address security issues and implement security solutions.
Technical Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Experience in information security and risk management.
- Have worked on Telcom or Banking domains handling critical services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and standards and the latest news on the Threat landscape, well read on the Cyber security roadmap and being future ready.
- Proficiency in all the Cyber security domain with a focus on Identity access management, Cyber defence, Network and endpoint security, Application security and Governance and Risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop treatment plans for zero-day vulnerabilities.
- Technical and Analytical Background: A strong technical and analytical background is necessary to understand and address complex security issues.
- Security Incident Handling and Response: Proficiency in handling and responding to security incidents is critical.
