New Business Developer (m/w/d) Kundenakquise und -aufbau österreichweit LAPP - das sind rund 5.700 Mitarbeiter:innen, die sich für die Kabeltechnologie stark machen. Mit 80 internationalen Unternehmen gehören wir zu den führenden Anbietern.Zur Realisierung unserer ehrgeizigen Ziele suchen wir Sie: Ihre Aufgaben: * Identifizieren von potenziellen Neukunden und deren Akquise sowie Weiterentwick- lung und Pflege von langfristigen, partnerschaftlichen Kundenbeziehungen * Umfassende, v.a. technische, Beratung und Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden * Umsatzverantwortung * Enge Kooperation und Koordination mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst sowie weiteren internen Abteilungen * Konsequenter Ausbau unserer marktführenden Stellung durch ihr Know-How und Beziehungsmanagement * Pflege von Kundeninformationen und -daten im CRM System * Fallweise Mitwirkung an Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen * Umsetzung interner Vertriebskonzepte und Trainings Ihr Profil: * Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb (insbes. Kundenkreis Maschinenbau und Industrieunternehmen) * Elektrotechnische/maschinenbauliche Ausbildung mindestens auf Maturaniveau * Kaufmännisches Verständnis * Professionelles Auftreten, kommunikationsstarkes Wesen * Routinierter Teamplayer, v.a. mit dem Vetriebsinnendienst * Sie sind vertraut mit einem CRM System sowie den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen * Gute Englisch Kenntnisse (mindestens B2) Unser Angebot: Wir sind ein global agierendes Technologieunternehmen, das auch die warme Atmosphäre eines Familienunternehmens bietet und welches viel Wert auf ein positives, wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld legt.
