Was wir uns wünschen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung: als Server oder Data Center Engineer (m/w/d) wünschenswert
  • Zertifizierungen: VMware- und Microsoft Server
  • Kenntnisse: in ITIL Service Management und zu Windows Servern aller Art, Active Directory, Server-Hardware sowie zu Installation, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung, HPE-Server und verschiedene Speicherlösungen auf Unternehmensebene
  • Erfahrung: mit VMware Fault Tolerance, PowerShell Skripting, MS SQL und Speichersynchronisierung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten (ca. 10%)

Das erwartet Sie
  • Koordination der IT-Aktivitäten am Standort sowie Eskalationsstelle für lokale Interessengruppen
  • Beheben von Störungen im Zusammenhang mit Server- und Datacenterhardware und -software
  • Durchführung allgemeiner Wartungsaufgaben an Servern
  • Einrichtung und Wartung von VMware Fault Tolerance
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Servern sowie von Hard- und Software für das Rechenzentrum
  • Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit von IT-Systemen über vorhandene Portale und Protokollierung/Lösung/Eskalation von Problemen
  • Überwachung der Leistung von Servern, Rechenzentren und Backups sowie der Speicherkapazität von Servern
  • Verhandlung mit Lieferanten sowie die Beschaffung von Hardware, Software und Lizenzen für IT-Server/Rechenzentren

Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für Arbeiter und Angestellte der EEI, Beschäftigungsgruppe F. Mindestgehalt brutto € 51.314,34 p.a.
