Der erfolgreiche Bewerber wird ein wichtiger Teil des operativen Teams (Design & Construction) sein und für das Bau-Projektmanagement neuer Amazon Delivery Stations (Verteilerzentren) in den Bereichen Planung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Bauausführung verantwortlich sein (Bestand + Neubau). Der Construction Manager wird eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung der EU-Verteilerzentren-Infrastruktur spielen. In dieser Funktion wird er verschiedene Planungs- und Ausführungsvarianten analysieren und bewerten, die direkten Einfluss auf die Effizienz der Paketabfertigung unserer Delivery Stations haben. Darüber hinaus muss der Kandidat die Standardisierung der technischen und anlagenbezogenen Prozesse und Systeme unterstützen. Die Stelle kombiniert Bauingenieurwesen, Baurecht, Planung, Zeitmanagement, Kostenmanagement, Projektmanagement, Facility Management und Vertragsmanagement. Nachweisliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in Planung, Bauausführung sowie im Projektmanagement/der Projektsteuerung sind notwendig.

Key job responsibilities- Tragen der Hauptverantwortung für die bauliche Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Liegenschaften
- Koordination des Projektteams für den Bau (intern und extern)
- Überwachung von Bau, Planung und Design für Amazon Delivery Stations und Expansionsprojekte
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, erstellen von technischen Berichten, Planungsvarianten
- Due-Diligence-Analysen und Kostenermittlung von neuen Liegenschaften/Expansionen
- Sicherstellung effizienter Verträge, Vertragskonformität, Vertragsverhandlungen
- Überwachung der Arbeitsprozesse und Zeitschiene, um die Zielvorgabe zu erreichen (Arbeitssicherheits, Termine, Kosten, Qualität)
- Ansprechpartner für das interne Projektteams während des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Liegenschaften
- Schulung neuer Teammitglieder in Best Practices
- Verfassen von regelmäßigen Berichten an internes Management-Team (Termine, Kosten, Risiken, Qualität)
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Architektur oder (Bau-)Ingenieurwesen
• Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
• Erfahrung im Management von Baustellen in der Bauvorbereitungs- oder Bauphase
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Immobilienentwicklung, Architektur/Planung
• Master-Abschluss
• Französisch, Polnisch, Arabisch, Türkisch, Afrikaans und Zulu werden als bevorzugte Qualifikationen angesehen.
