Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)

In der Operative von Medlog bieten wir mehrere spannende Positionen im Bereich der Disposition an. Egal in welcher Rolle: Als Disponent/in sorgst du dafür, dass die Container zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind. Diese Aufgabe kannst du entweder im Team für LKW-Transporte übernehmen oder in einem unserer zwei Teams, die sich auf die Zug-Disposition spezialisieren.


  • Disposition von Vor- und Nachläufen von Vollcontainern
  • Steuerung von MEDLOG Zügen oder Trucks
  • Erfassung der relevanten Transportdaten in unseren Systemen
  • Enge Abstimmung und Koordinationen mit Kunden und Lieferanten

  • Organisationstalent und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungorientierung
  • Selbständige, präzise und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Logistik

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindest-Monatsbruttogehalt ab EUR  2.663,50. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
