As the Concessions Manager for Intimate Apparel, Footwear & Accessories, you will help deliver the Myer merchandise strategy by fairly representing the interests of both Myer and the concession store partners to achieve a mutually beneficial commercial alliance.

About the Role:
- Maintaining strong relationships with brand partners built on trust, credibility, communication and consistency of action
- Driving sales of all aligned brand partners within Myer via brand partner discussions, strategies and agreements as well as day-to-day opportunities
- In collaboration with the operations manager, reviewing space opportunities within Myer stores to complement and support New Myer via brand partner rollouts/exits
- Seeking out and identifying opportunities for business growth and taking appropriate action to investigate, initiate and implement
- In collaboration with brand partners, build marketing plans to drive both Myer and their business to achieve expected sales performance while building brand awareness for both parties to support New Myer
About You:
- Strong financial acumen – managing budgets and maintaining the integrity of financial projections
- Business acumen – initiative, decision making skills, problem solving, strategic thinker, influencing and ability to analyse reports in order to improve business decisions
- Demonstrated understanding of suppliers, competition, customers, retail stores and category industry dynamics
- Ability to manage key stakeholders in delivering agreed plans and timeframes including coaching and change management
- Sound computer skills e.g. data extraction, application knowledge and ability to use all systems and process related to position
- Demonstrated understanding of company strategy including planned profit, trends and customer profiles
- Up to date understanding of retail marketplace both internal and external
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with Suppliers
