In this varied role, you will take responsibility for national and international projects and advise customers across the entire SAP SuccessFactors product portfolio.

This is what your workday could look like:

  • Design SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects - from conception to implementation of the system configuration.
  • Leading Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions.
  • Support of the project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SuccessFactors.
  • Assumption of independent tasks (e.g. as sub-project manager) as well as preparation and follow-up of project meetings and workshops.
  • Steering the different stakeholders in the project, relationship management with customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Professional experience in implementation projects as a (sub-)project manager.
  • At least 3 certificates, including 1 professional level, in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Know-how of the whole product portfolio and their roadmap.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.

Gross monthly salary depending on qualifications, experience and salary model starting with € 5,000.
