1. Responsibility for the products and solutions as well as for "Post sales" technical support in the field of RAN incl. BTS/BSC/TRAU/NodeB/RNC/eNodeB/OSS etc.
2. Project implementation - responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN network equipment design, commissioning, integration, quotation and technical support during network/feature deployment or swap.
3. Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or together with a support section.
4. Supporting our customers from any technical perspective, and enhance our relationship in the primary key accounts.
5. Provide technical training/consulting to internal teams, customer and subcontractors.

1. Bachelors Degree or above in telecommunications and electronics, or related fields.
2. Have more than 3 years experience in Telecom area.
3. Good knowledge of system topology and principles of at least one of the main technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, OSS etc.).
4. Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance).
5. Customer oriented.
6. Driving license.
7. Professional level of English in both speaking and writing, German language is a plus.
