Finance Support (m/w/d) - Teilzeit (10 Std./Wo.) befristet 4 Monate

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Nach Einarbeitung Übernahme von Routineaufgaben im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses (MEC)
  • Aufbereitung, Erstellung und Verteilung von Standardberichten (im Rahmen des MEC, aber auch ad-hoc), wie z.B. Aktualisierung von Kostenberichten, Performance Management, etc.
  • Unterstützung bei Erfassung von Stammdaten bzw. Anpassung (E1)
  • Unterstützung bei Erstellung bzw. regelmäßiger Aktualisierung von Listen (z.B. IFRS-16)
  • Erfassung des lokalen volume-forecasts (OMP+)

Qualifikationen, die uns begeistern:

  • Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung durch einschlägige Praktika oder Nebenjobs
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich MS Excel und PowerPoint
  • Zuverlässige, präzise und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Interesse an Finanzprozessen und -inhalten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
