About The Role

Join our dynamic Global Marketing Team at our vibrant riverfront office in Milton, Brisbane, where creativity and strategy come together Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing marketing strategies for the Australian market—from developing multi-channel campaigns to crafting compelling content that drives engagement, conversions, and leads.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be at the heart of the action, creating, executing, and optimising campaigns firsthand. You'll work closely with our Sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration that brings our brand to life. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Marketing & CRM (Subscribed Audience) – Design, execute, and optimise email campaigns that engage leads and nurture existing clients. Utilise marketing automation tools to enhance conversion and retention.
  2. High-Volume Cold Email Outreach (TAM Expansion) – Implement targeted cold email outreach strategies to expand market reach and generate new business, ensuring precise segmentation and targeting with the support of the Salesforce Administrator.
  3. Creative Content & Copywriting – Develop engaging marketing materials, from high-impact email sequences to blogs and social content, ensuring messaging is captivating, conversion-focused, and aligned with the brand's unique voice.
  4. Sales-Driven Strategic Marketing Execution – Develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales objectives, lead generation, and conversion.
  5. Brand Management & Positioning – Maintain consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels while balancing creativity with strategic brand alignment.
  6. Paid Advertising Strategy – Provide strategic direction for paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Google, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure effective execution and measurable results.
  7. Proofing & Editing – Ensure all marketing materials are professional, polished, and aligned with messaging strategy.
  8. Hands-on Design & Content Creation – Create visually compelling assets using Canva. While there is a UI/UX Designer available for collaboration, this role requires the ability to execute quickly and independently.
  9. Event & Campaign Management – Plan and execute webinars, events, and sponsorship campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  10. Performance Tracking & Optimisation – Analyse campaign data, track KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversions, traffic), and optimise strategies based on real-time insights.
  11. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive shared outcomes.

This is a 12-month maternity cover position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, subject to performance and business requirements.

What You Bring:

  1. 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, high-volume cold outreach, content creation, and campaign execution.
  2. Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to develop and execute aligned marketing strategies.
  3. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Instantly), as well as data analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  4. Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats (email, social, blog, website, sales collateral).
  5. Hands-on experience with Canva for design and content creation.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A proactive mindset—takes initiative and contributes new ideas.
