We are excited to be offering this unique centre director role, which provides stability and security within a comforting work environment with a reputable organisation known for its unique non-hierarchical approach

Part of this is having your leadership team of an administrator, assistant director, and educational leader, providing a sense of a fair and supportive working environment where you and the team members will feel valued and supported.

This full-time position is located near the Heatley area, offering a generous salary (negotiable). We are happy to cover relocation costs, along with the added bonus of further achievable incentives

Skills and Experience
- MUST have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- Understanding of the application toward age-appropriate program planning
- A professional and empathetic approach toward families
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-educators
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification (MUST be approved by ACECQA).
- Minimum 1 year experience as a centre manager in long daycare
- Current First Aid
- Current Anaphylaxis
- Current Asthma qualifications
- Current VIT / WWCC
- Full Working Rights in Australia with no restrictions
