Credit Risk Calculations department is a provider of several software solutions such as Cover Pools and Credit Claims as well as credit Risk Weighted Assets, several ESG functionalities like Carbon Footprint Calculations and Real Estate Database within Erste Group. The solutions are based on various technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, SAS, Python and R. What to do: * Support of colleagues in Credit Risk and Carbon Footprint Calculation teams as an experienced developer * Be part of a team creating new solutions and enrich it by bringing in your skills and experience * Analyze new requirements, create technical design specifications and development * Participate in FAT and deployment, after going live support and support of operations * Work together with IT and Business colleagues in an agile product team * Accompany the products throughout their whole lifecycle * Be part of a team creating new solutions and enrich it by bringing in your skills and experience You check these boxes: * At least 4 years of experience with Object-oriented programming and designing Software Architecture using Python * SAS Development experience based upon SAS DI Studio, SAS EG, SAS VA, SAS Viya, SAS Base and SAS Macro as well as SQL experience * Knowledge in SAS execution design, Linux, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), JavaScript and HTML are welcome * Experience in service or consulting area, ideally with international customers is a plus * Proven work experience in last three years within the field of Banking especially Cover Pools and Credit Claims is greatly appreciated and extra rewarded * Customer oriented work attitude, analytical thinking, the ability to act independently and responsibly, team-minded and last but not least communicative * You will use English throughout your business day, additional skills in German are an advantage Why you will like us: * Possibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at Erste * Interest groups and clubs: Take part in discussions and get involved in projects.
