Retail Insurance & Business Support
Your Tasks- Collaboration with VIG’s operational insurance companies
- Advising and supporting VIG companies in Retail Pricing (Non-Life), focusing on data preparation, pricing tools, data analysis, and implementation
- Analysis of key performance indicators: Comparison between technical and sold premiums
- Identifying and sharing best practices (“Technical Excellence”) in Retail Pricing Non-Life across the VIG group
- Subject matter expert for pricing-related topics within the VIG Holding
- Coordination and promotion of knowledge transfer within the VIG group
- Openness to diverse topics related to Non-Life/Retail insurance
- Relevant professional experience in Non-Life Pricing within an operational insurance company
- Proven experience collaborating with other departments or within a group
- Very good communication skills in German or English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Social competence and strong team spirit
- Willingness to travel, especially within the CEE region
Benefits may vary between VIG companies.
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,138.19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience; therefore, we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
